About Claire Piersol

Claire grew up in Edmonds, Washington and currently resides in Edmond, Oklahoma. She lives there with her husband, three sons and golden retriever. Claire fell in love with jazz while listening to her favorite Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald and Benny Goodman recordings when she was young. Claire co-founded the Mighty Aphrodite Jazz Band and played a variety of jazz festivals and two cruises with them from 2005-2010.
